英記精品有限公司於1962年在香港成立，台灣公司於1977年6月成立，前身為英記金屬製品廠,2008年更名為英記精品有限公司。
早期以生產手錶配件、打火機、錶帶及成錶為主，並在2001年起領先同業增闢首飾精品生產線專攻異種材質精品，充分運用手錶的精密技術與加工經驗，不斷創新開發出獨特的產品，擁有資歷二十年以上的研發設計團隊。
