本公司於1984年創立，專門於製造機械與針車之特殊零件，之後累積了多年的技術及經驗，近幾年，本公司配合著政府對企業所提倡的【根留臺灣】政策與精神，於臺中市工業區興建了新的廠房，並於1992年自創『喆山牌（Jason Sewing）』工業縫紉機。喆山牌（Jason Sewing）縫紉機最大特色在於所有之零件皆由本公司自行生產與組裝，因此我們可直接反應客戶需求進行調整，未來本公司將持續經營『喆山牌（Jason Sewing）』工業縫紉機，並提供零組件代工服務，設計、加工方式等，提供客戶所需的解決方案。
